The 2026 H-2B season is seeing historic demand for Visa Workers

The 2026 H-2B season is seeing historic demand. With the Department of Labor receiving over 162,000 worker requests for only 33,000 initial slots in the second half of the fiscal year, the "lottery" has never been tighter.


  • 1st Half FY 2026 REACHED Cap was met in late 2025
  • 2nd Half FY 2026 REACHED Statutory cap of 33,000 reached as of March 2026
